The swimming pools were excellent for proper swimming.

Very nice overall experience. Recently refurbished, impeccably clean place and beautiful area. Lots of fresh made breakfast options. The room was air-conditioned and tidy, the staff was knowledgeable. Nice and perfect location, a 10-15 minute walk from Chiesa di San Silvestro. Lovely pool, parking nearby. Everything excellent...

Location right by wonderful mountains, and breathtaking nature, old mansion and views. For tea or coffee visit Aroma Cafe' nearby. Good breakfasts with delicious food.

The balconies need serious attention!!! Waterlogged and dirty, they're almost hazardous. Plus, the decor feels stuck in the 1970s, dragging down the otherwise pleasant environment!!!

Breackfast is good, staff helpfull

A wonderful base for one night. The staff that we encountered were great. La Spiaggetta is only a short distance to the hotel.

The hotel boasts a lovely modern design , friendly staff, made us feel welcomed , and delicious food complemented by fine views and easy access to the beach.

I loved the beautiful gardens surrounding the pools. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist, taking extra care to ensure that senior guests like myself felt comfortable and catered to .

Overall nice. The resteraunt in the hotel was a little dissapointing and the service on great. Woudl maybe have gone to the trattoria outside if I had known. Pool was good and kids loved it. Spa was fully booked so book early.

The pools are fine and the garden is beautiful. Very limited options for transportation to explore the area. Beach and bike rentals nearby make it convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a good stay!

Fantastic resort/ hotel complex with lots of facilities to keep you entertained on holiday or completely relaxed if you want a quieter stay. My room was spotless and spacious considering I was a solo traveller, breakfasts were fantastic, and the pool, spa and outdoor areas were really beautiful. Dinner at the hotel was lovely and there are other cheaper options close by if you just want a bar meal and glass of wine rather than 3 courses. I would definitely go back.

My only complaint was about the friendliness of the staff. It wasnt great considering its a 4 star hotel and everything else at the resort is fantastic. On arriving I wasn't told about any of the facilities of the place: they just took my passport, gave me my room key and pointed me towards the lift. As a complete stranger to the area I only discovered some great things on the day I was leaving. Also at dinner in the more expensive in house restaurant I was ignored for 10 minutes while I waited to be seated. Eventually I had to walk in and find a waiter to ask if I could sit down. I was a solo traveller and from watching the staff interact with other guests they seem to be more interested in the french & german families - perhaps because they thought they would spend more on hotel facilities. Silly really.
